The Implant Tray is composed of an inner and an outer tray, the material of the outer tray is made of engineering plastic with high rigidity, which provides sufficient for the impression material; the inner tray is embedded with the outer tray through mechanical interlocking, which can effectively lock the impression material in the tray; and the holes are on the side wall of the inner tray, which can effectively prevent demoulding.
Type I:
There are 18 detachable fan-shaped plates at the bottom of the arch area, which can be removed quickly and conveniently according to the tooth position.
Type II:
The arch area is covered with an easily penetrating film that takes the mold accurately and cleanly.
